1. Refund Eligibility

  • Service not yet started (full refund)
  • Technical issues preventing service delivery
  • Service cancellation by SWBoost

2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

  • Completed services
  • Services in progress
  • Services where the boost has already begun
  • Services cancelled by the customer after commencement

3. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team through Discord (swboost.support)
  2. Provide your order number and reason for refund
  3. Wait for our support team to review your request
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:

  • Credit/debit card payments: 5-7 business days
  • Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days
  • Account balance: Immediate

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:

  • Service was partially completed
  • Alternative service arrangements were made
  • Technical issues affected service quality

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  1. Contact our support team with additional information
  2. Provide any relevant evidence or documentation
  3. Allow up to 48 hours for review
