- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Service cancellation by SWBoost
2. Non-Refundable Services

- Completed services

- Services where the boost has already begun
- Services cancelled by the customer after commencement

To request a refund:
- Contact our support team through Discord (swboost.support)
- Provide your order number and reason for refund
- Wait for our support team to review your request
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
4. Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method:
- Credit/debit card payments: 5-7 business days
- Cryptocurrency: 1-3 business days
- Account balance: Immediate
5. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in cases where:
- Service was partially completed
- Alternative service arrangements were made
- Technical issues affected service quality
